Web Application Developer

Are you a full stack developer who’s ready to take on their next big challenge? If so, we’d like you to get in touch with us.

The work you'll do here is important - vital in fact - and you'll be a key team member of a small, close knit squad of expert developers and testers.

Day to day, you'll be building and supporting two, web based portals that allow customers to manage their IT & Telephony estate online, and w
orking in an Agile environment, you get to see your hard work payoff every couple of weeks!

Good user experience will also be another key feature of the work you do - so creativity and consistency are just as important as your technical skills.

The perks? Being part of a small team means your ideas will not only be heard but be relied upon in driving the portals forward. A small team also means you'll have access to your manager and fellow developers to bounce ideas off - no closed doors here.
Training is continual, as is support and development.  If you're currently in a role where you feel stifled or underused - there's no chance of that here!

You'll get lots of holiday (23 days with an extra day off for your birthday and an extra day for every years service).

You'll need to work out of our office in Oakham or our Head Office in Birmingham but there is flexibility in terms of work from home days and flexi-time.
